1. STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce from recognized University or a Degree equivalent thereof.
ii) Candidates must have proficiency on basic Computer application like MS Windows, Linux, Mac Excel, Power Point, DTP (English/ Assamese) and Internet etc.
iii) Candidates must possess a minimum six (06) months Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institutes.
iv) The candidates must have Short hand Diploma from a recognized Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
2. JUNIOR ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in Arts, Science or Commerce from recognized University or a Degree equivalent thereof.
ii) Candidates must have proficiency on basic Computer application like MS Windows, Linux, Excel, Power Point, DTP (English/ Assamese) and Internet etc.
iii) Candidates must possess a minimum six (06) months Diploma in Computer Application from recognized Institutes.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2019.

3. DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) HSLC passed or equivalent qualification thereof.
ii) Candidates must possess a valid Driving Licence (LMV).
Experience: Experience in driving light or medium motor vehicle for minimum 03 years.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
4. CHOWKIDAR/ ORDERLY
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: VII passed.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.4560 — Rs.15000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ PWD and 03 years for OBC category.
Note:- The candidates should have Registration in the Employment Exchange of Govt. of Assam.
Preference will be given to Civil Defense Volunteers.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test, Stenography Test, Driving Skill Test, Driving Knowledge of Traffic Rules & Traffic Signals and Driving Experience wherever applicable.
