1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-I
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with Computer knowledge and Diploma in Shorthand (from an Institution recognized by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)) having preferable speed of 120 wpm and Computer Typing speed of preferably 40 wpm.
ii) The candidates must possess working knowledge in the Official Language of the State of Assam i.e. Assamese.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 25/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.30000 — Rs.110000
2. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-II
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate with Computer knowledge and Diploma in Shorthand (from an Institution recognized by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)) having preferable speed of 100 wpm and Computer Typing speed of preferably 40 wpm.
ii) The candidates must possess working knowledge in the Official Language of the State of Assam i.e. Assamese.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 25/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.22000 — Rs.97000
3. ATTENDER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Minimum 8th Standard pass but should not be a Graduate.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 38 years as on 25/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.12000 — Rs.52000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC/ MOBC and 10 years for PWD category.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Stenography Test (Dictation and transcription), Written Examination/ Test and Interview/ Viva-Voce wherever applicable.
