1. STENOGRAPHER GR. ‘D’
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 30/03/2020.
2. ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Library Science or Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institution or University.
ii) Knowledge of computer operation in Library work. It includes- (a) Knowledge and experience of working with any standard “Library Automation Software” for House Keeping activities in the Library such as cataloguing, acquisition and circulation etc. and (b) Knowledge and experience of computerized search both of online and offline databases including retrieval of desired information through various search engines/ processes.
Desirable: Experience in a Library of any Government organisation/ recognised Educational or Research Institute and knowledge of Computer Typing in English.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 30/03/2020.
3. JUNIOR SECRETARIAT ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years as on 30/03/2020.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will be appointed on Probation for a period of two (02) years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Skill Test in Stenography and Typing Test on Computer wherever applicable. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English at the speed of 80 wpm for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’. The matter will have to be transcribed on computer. Typing Test on Computer @ 35 wpm speed in English for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant.
