High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur is recruiting 347 persons for the posts of – “Care Taker”, “EPABX Operator” and “Stenographer Grade—II and Grade—III”. The post of Stenographer Grade—III (English or Hindi) is on contract basis. Interested candidates may apply Online from of the official website of the Court within the prescribed date. 1. Care Taker: 1 Nos. (unreserved)
Qualification: Bachelor degree and have passed Hindi and English Typing Test from MP recognized board/ Institutions.
Knowledge in computer application is required
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay of Rs.1900
2. EPABX Operator: 1 Nos. (ST)
Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 pass and Diploma in EPABX operator course from recognised Institutions.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay of Rs.1900
3. Stenographer Grade-2 (Hindi): 127 Nos. (Gen—65; OBC—9; SC—17; ST—36). Out of them 21 seats for Female candidates.
Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 pass. Passed Hindi Typing Test from MP recognized board/ Institutions
Passed Shorthand test from MP recognised board/ institutions in Hindi language with ability to inscribe 100 words per minute.
Should have done Diploma in Computer application and have typing knowledge in English.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay of Rs.2800
4. Stenographer Grade-3 (Hindi): 160 Nos. (Gen—77; OBC—17; SC—25; ST—41). Out of them 17 seats reserved for Female candidates
Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 pass. Passed Typing Test and Shorthand test in Hindi with ability of 80 words per minute from MP recognized board/ Institutions
Should have done Diploma in Computer application and have typing knowledge in English
5. Stenographer Grade-3 (Hindi or English— On contract basis): 58 Nos. (Gen—52; OBC—2; SC—2; ST—2)
Qualification: Higher Secondary or 10+2 pass. Passed Typing Test and Shorthand test in Hindi or English with ability of 80 words per minute from MP recognized board/ Institutions
Should have done Diploma in Computer application from recognised Institutions
Selection of candidates will be made through Written Test and Typing test/ Shorthand test, as applicable for the post.
Preliminary Test (written test) will be on followings – General Knowledge, General Hindi, English Knowledge and Computer Knowledge.
Qualified candidates will be called for Main Test which will be Computer typing test / Shorthand test, as applicable. Refer the Advt. for details.
Examination centre will be at—Jabalpur, Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, Balaghat and Chatarpur.
Admit card will be available online before 15days from the date of examination.
Date of Preliminary written examination is 07/10/2012.
Age Limits: within 35yrs as on 1/1/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/ OBC—5yrs; Female candidates—10yrs; Female (Divorcee/ legally separated/ widow)—15yrs;
Application Fee: Rs. 200+50 in case of General candidates and candidates outside Madhya Pradesh State (Rs.100+50 for SC/ST/OBC/ candidates of Madhya Pradesh only). Application fee can be made by Online or KIOSK.
