OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, JUDGESHIP OF BANKURA INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 19 ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER (GRADE-III), LOWER DIVISION CLERK, PROCESS SERVER AND GROUP-D (PEON/ NIGHT-GUARD/ FARASH). LAST DATE — 10/12/2019
1. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER (GRADE-III)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-03, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognised Board and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognised Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operation.
ii) Minimum speed @ 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and typing speed @ 30 w.p.m. is required.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 — Rs.37600
2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognised Board and must possess at least a Certificate in Computer Training from recognised Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operation.

3. PROCESS SERVER

Educational Qualification: Must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognised Board.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400 — Rs.25200
4. GROUP-D (PEON/ NIGHT-GUARD/ FARASH)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-02)
Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class-VIII from any recognised School or recognised Madrasa or any other recognized equivalent Institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.4900 — Rs.16200
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than West Bengal will be treated as General Category candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination, Dictation & Transcription Test, Typing Test and Personality Test wherever applicable.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.200/- for SC and ST candidates) for the posts of English Stenographer, Lower Division Clerk & Process Server and Rs.200/- (Rs.150/- for SC and ST candidates) for the posts of Group-D. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT JUDGE, JUDGESHIP OF BANKURA AT THIS STAGE.
