1. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST,
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (UR-05, SC-03, ST-06)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 30/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900-63200/-
2. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) The candidate must have knowledge in Typewriting with a speed of 40 wpm in English.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 30/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900-63200/-
3. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/ Board/ University.
ii) Have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent to the M.E. standard.
iv) Should possess minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typewriting.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 30/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500-81,100/-
The candidates will be appointed on Regular basis.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Type Writing Test, Shorthand Test, Computer Science Test and Vive Voce Test wherever applicable.
