No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos. (Gen-09, ST-08)
Educational Qualification: 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 13/12/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST category, Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Competitive Examination and Skill Test in Typing and Transcription in Stenography on Computer. Skill Test Norms: Dictation- 10 mts @ 80 wpm and Transcription – 50 mts (English) 65 mts (Hindi). The Written Examination will be conducted at Kavaratti, Agatti, Amini, Androth, Chetlat, Kadmat, Kalpeni, Kiltan, Minicoy and Kochi.
