1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos. (UR-01, SC-02, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should possess a minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and 40 wpm in Typewriting, in English.
iv) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500 — Rs.81100
2. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed at least +2 Examination or equivalent examination of a recognized Council, Board or University.
ii) Should have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized Institute.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900 — Rs.63200
3. SALARIED AMIN
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Passed Matriculation examination or equivalent examination from a recognized Board,
ii) ) Should have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
iii) Should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Age Limit: Above 18 years and below 32 years as on 01/11/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.21700 — Rs.69100
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ Women and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test, Computer Science Test (Practical), Shorthand & Type Writing Test and VivaÂVoce Test wherever applicable.
