The vacancies are in the establishments of High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bombay and benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad. BOMBAY HIGH COURT INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 88 POSTS OF STENOGRAPHER (HIGHER GRADE/ LOWER GRADE) AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT. LAST DATE — 25/07/2019

 

1. STENOGRAPHER (HIGHER GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 20 Nos. (Judicature at Bombay, Bombay)
Educational Qualification: i) Must possess University Degree. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
iii) Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. for speed of 100 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in English Typing.
iv) Possess Computer Certificate from recognized Institute. For details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 06/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300­-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4400/-

 

2. STENOGRAPHER (LOWER GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 14 Nos. (Judicature at Bombay, Bombay)
Educational Qualification: i) Must possess University Degree. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
iii) Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. for speed of 80 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in English Typing.
iv) Possess Computer Certificate from recognized Institute. For details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 06/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.9300­-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4300/­-

 

3. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 54 Nos. (High Court of Judicature at Bombay: 47 posts, High Court Bench at Nagpur: 02 posts & High Court Bench at Aurangabad: 05 posts)
Educational Qualification: i) Must possess University Degree. Please see the Official Advt. for more details.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
iii) Possess Government Commercial Certificate or have passed examination conducted
by Government Board or I.T.I. for speed of 120 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 50 w.p.m. in English Typing.
iv) Possess Computer Certificate from recognized Institute. For details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years as on 06/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

 

The vacancies are in the establishments of High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Bombay and benches at Nagpur and Aurangabad.

The selected candidates will initially be on Probation for a period of two years.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC category.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva-Voce.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 200/- for the post of Stenographer and Rs. 300/­- for the post of Personal Assistant as Application Fee.
