Stipendiary Trainee in Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL)- 105 candidates in trades of- Mech, Elect, Instr, Operator, Fitter & Etc.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is recruiting 105 persons for the post of “Stipendiary Trainee” in trades of—Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Instrumentation, Plant Operator, Fitter, Electrician and Electronics/ Instrument. Advt.No.KAPP 3&4/HRM/01/2012. Details below—

Stipendiary Trainees Diploma Holder (Category-I)
Vacancies: 40 Nos. (Gen-22, OBC-10, SC-5, ST-3)
Trades wise vacancies—
Mechanical: 15 Nos.
Electrical: 18 Nos.
Electronics Instrumentation: 7 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma or Licentiate with minimum 60% marks in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering of 3 years duration course from recognised Institute. Candidates should have English as one of the subject in their SSC or at HSC level examination.
Degree in Engineering candidates were not eligible to apply.
Age limit: between 18yrs to 25yrs
Monthly Stipend: Rs.9300. Training period will be of 1 ½ years.

Stipendiary Trainee (Category-II)
Vacancies: 65 Nos. (Gen-35, OBC-17, SC-4, ST-9)
Trade wise vacancies—
Plant Operator: 20 Nos.
Fitter: 23 Nos.
Electrician: 10 Nos.
Electronics/ Instrument: 12 Nos.
Qualification: For the post of Plant Operator, candidate should be minimum Higher Secondary pass with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually. Candidate should have read English as on of the subject at least at SSC Level examination.
For rest of trades—candidates should be SSC with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually and may have done ITI Trade certificate course of in any one of the trade respectively. If the ITI course of any candidates is less than duration of 2 years then the candidate should have atleast one year of working experience in that respective trade after completion of the course.
Diploma in Engineering candidates were not eligible for the post.
Age limit: between 18yrs to 24yrs.
Monthly Stipend: Training period will be of 2 years and stipend during the period will be Rs.6200 for the first year and Rs.7200 for the second year.

Age relaxation: Age will be counted as on dated 1/5/2012. OBC candidates will receive 3yrs of relaxation whereas SC/ST candidates will receive relaxation of 5 years. PH candidates—5yrs for the posts in Stipendiary Trainee (Category-I) and 10yrs for the posts in Stipendiary Trainee (Category-II).

Physical Stantdards:-
Height: 160cms
Weight: 45.5 kgs

Selection steps: Selection will be based on Written Test, Trade Test and Personal Interview.

How to apply: Application form can be prepared as per prescribed format on A4 Size paper . along with application form, enclosed all the necessary documents in attested copies —Age proof certificate, Qualification and Trade Certificate, Caste Certificate, pass port size photograph pasted on application form and self-signed on it and etc.
