1. STIPENDIARY TRAINEE (SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT) (CATEGORY-I)
No. of Vacancies: 05 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical: 03 posts
ii) Electrical: 02 posts
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The Diploma in Engineering should be of three years duration after SSC/ HSC. (ii) Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Note: Candidates with HSC plus 02 years Diploma course in Engineering with 60% or above marks are also eligible.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 03/08/2019.
Pay: Rs. 35,400/- per month.
2. STIPENDIARY TRAINEE (SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT) (CATEGORY-I) FOR HEALTH PHYSICS UNIT
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.Sc. with a minimum of 60% marks. B.Sc. should be with Physics as principal and Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary OR with Chemistry as principal and Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics & Computer Science as subsidiary OR with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects with equal weightage.
ii) Mathematics at H.S.C. (10+2) level is essential.
iii) Candidates having Mathematics as the principal subject at B.Sc. are not eligible.
iv) Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 03/08/2019.
Pay: Rs. 35,400/- per month.
3. STIPENDIARY TRAINEE (SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT) (CATEGORY-I)

4. SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT/B
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Civil Engineering. The Diploma in Engineering should be of three years duration after SSC/ HSC.
ii) Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.
Note: Candidates with HSC plus 02 years Diploma course in Engineering with 60% or above marks are also eligible.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 03/08/2019.
Pay: Rs. 35,400/- per month.
Note: Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination but whose results are not declared as on 03/08/2019, are not eligible to apply.
The vacancies are at Tarapur Maharashtra Site.
The candidates selected for the post of Stipendiary Trainee (Category I) will be on Training for a period of 1½ years (18 months). During the training period, candidates will be paid Stipend of Rs. 16000/- per month for 1st year & Rs. 18000/- per month for 2nd year.
On successful completion of training, the candidates will be on Probation for a period of One year. The candidates selected for the post of Scientific Assistant/B will be also be on Probation for a period of One year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
