Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore is recruiting 17 persons for the post of “Store Keeper” in Group C (Non Industrial Establishment). Application can be prepared on plain paper and should be addressed to the General Manager, Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore within 4th May 2012. Details below—
1. STORE KEEPER: 17 Nos. (Gen-10; OBC-4; SC-3). Out of them PWD—1nos. and Ex-Serviceman—1nos.
Qualification: Higher Secondary (Class- 12) pass and Basic knowledge of Computer application having ‘O’ Level Certificate as per DOEACC.
Age: within 27yrs of age as on last date of form submission. Relaxation for OBC—3yrs; SC—5yrs; PWD—10yrs and Ex-Serviceman—as per norms.
Candidates’ selection steps: Selection will be made on basis of Physical Standards, Screening Test &Written Examination. Examination will be of 2 hours of 200 marks on following subjects. All questions will be Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions—
(i) General Intelligence (50 questions of 50 marks),
(ii) English Language (Basic Knowledge) (50 questions of 50 marks),
(iii) Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill) (50 questions of 50 marks) and
(iv) General Awareness (50 questions of 50 marks)
There will be negative marking for wrong answer. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
How to Apply: –
Prepare Application form as per format issued officially.
Prepare a Bank Draft or Indian Postal Order of Rs.50 (Not required for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-serviceman) in favour of—“General Manager, Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore”, write payable at—“Kolkata”.
Along with Draft/IPO, enclose attested copies of Educational, Experience Certificate (if any), Caste Certificate, PH certificate, Age proof certificate (Madhyamik certificate can be given) and any other relevant documents with the Application form.
Candidates should give 3 Nos. recent self-attested passport size photograph (one copy should be pasted on application form and other two copies should be enclosed with the application)
N.B: In support of Physical Standards and fitness, candidates are required to produce a Medical Certificate, in absence of which the application will be summarily rejected.
Only selected candidates will be informed to appear in selection process.
On the top of the application containing envelope, super scribe in bold— “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF_______”.
