1. SUB-INSPECTOR (GD) IN CENTRAL ARMED POLICE FORCES (CAPFS)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-
2. SUB INSPECTOR (EXECUTIVE) (MALE/ FEMALE) IN DELHI POLICE
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
ii) Male candidates must possess a valid Driving License for LMV (Motorcycle and Car).
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.35,400-1,12,400/-
3. ASSISTANT SUB-INSPECTOR (EXECUTIVE) IN CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SECURITY FORCE (CISF)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years as on 01.01.2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.29,200-92,300/-
The vacancies are in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF). Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
Note: The vacancies will be determined in due course.
The candidates selected for the posts of Sub-Inspector (SI) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) are liable to serve anywhere in India. Candidates who have not acquired the educational qualification as on 01/01/2020 are not eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 170 cm (162.5 cm for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 80 cm (77 cm for ST); Chest (expanded) — 85 cm (82 cm for ST); Weight — Corresponding to height.
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 cm (154 cm for ST candidates); Weight — Corresponding to height.
Cut-off in Physical Standards: For candidates belonging to certain categories/ communities or of certain States/Areas; the cut-off in such candidate’s Height/ Chest’s measurement will be as per Govt. norms. Please see officially released advertisement for more details.
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Examination (Paper-I & Paper-II), Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Detailed Medical Examination (DME). The Computer Based Examination (Paper-I) will be held from 11/12/2019 to 13/12/2019. The Examination will be held at various centres across India. For details please see the Official Advt.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
