1. POLICE SUB-INSPECTOR (CIVIL) (MEN & WOMEN)
No. of Vacancies: 200 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Any degree from recognized University or Equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 28 years (30 years for SC, ST, CAT-01, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B).
2. ARMED RESERVE SUB-INSPECTOR OF POLICE (CAR/ DAR) (MEN)
No. of Vacancies: 40 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Any degree from recognized University or Equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 26 years (28 years for SC, ST, CAT-01, 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B).
Both Men and Women candidates are eligible to apply for the posts.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 168 Cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 81 Cms; Chest (expanded) — 86 Cms.
(ii) Female Candidates: Height — 157 Cms; Weight — 45 Kgs.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Endurance Test & Physical Standard Test, Written Examination and Viva-Voce.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.250/- (Rs.100/- for SC, ST & CAT-01 candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid by means of Fee Payment Challan in Bank/ Post Office only. Last date for payment of Application fee is 07/08/2019. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Karnataka State Police. See officially released advertisement for more details.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of Karnataka State Police (See Application form’s link given below) from dated 15/07/2019 to 05/08/2019.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
