Educational Qualification:
i) For Admin & HR Discipline:- Graduate in any Discipline plus minimum 01 year Diploma in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Social Welfare/ Social Science/ Social work etc. with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC/ PwBD candidates) in both Graduation and Diploma.
ii) For Finance Discipline:- Graduate in any Discipline plus minimum 01 year Diploma in Finance discipline like Accounting, Taxation, Audit etc. with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD candidates) in both Graduation and Diploma.
iii) For Material Management Discipline:- (a) Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 01 year Graduate Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD) in both Diplomas. OR
(b) Graduate in any Discipline with minimum 01 year Graduate Diploma in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD) in both Graduation and Diploma.
iv) For Painter Discipline:- Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Paint Technology or equivalent with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD).
v) For Naval Architecture:- Diploma in Naval Architecture or equivalent with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for PwBD).

2. SUPERVISOR

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from recognized University or Institute with minimum 01 year Diploma in Hindi/ Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa (55% marks or equivalent CGPA for ST/ PWBD in both graduation and diploma).
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01/02//2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.23800 — Rs.83300
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates selected for the post of Supervisor at Sl. No. 1 will be appointed on Fixed Term Contractual Basis for a period of Three (03) years, extendable for maximum of 02 years depending upon the requirement.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Trade Test/ Practical Test. The Written Test will be held tentatively in the month of April, 2020 in Kolkata.
