1. SUPERVISOR (S-1 GRADE) ON FIXED TERM CONTRACTUAL BASIS

Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical: 03 posts (UR-02, SC-01)
ii) Electrical: 01 post (OBC)
iii) Civil: 01 post (UR)
Educational Qualification:
i) For Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
ii) For Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
iii) For Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Candidates having work experience in Engineering Industry/ Manufacturing Organization will be given preference.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.23800-83300/-
2. SUPERVISOR (SENIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR) (S-2 GRADE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from recognized University or Institute.
ii) Degree or Diploma or Certificate Course in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa.
iii) The candidates should have proficiency in Hindi and English typing in computer and also be conversant in MS Office.
Experience: i) Three years’ experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
ii) Hands on experience on implementation of Official Language Act will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on 01/12/2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.25700-90000.-
The candidates will be appointed on Permanent basis/ Contractual basis.
The post at Sl. No. 1 is on Fixed Term Contractual Basis for three years and depending upon the requirement it can be extended further for maximum two years.
The candidates selected for the post at Sl. No. 1 will be posted at Diesel Engine Plant, Ranchi and for the post at Sl. No. 2 will be posted at Kolkata based units.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Practical Test wherever applicable. Written test will be held in Kolkata and Ranchi. Written Test will tentatively be held in the month of March 2019.
