1. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (STS)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, OBC-A-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate Degree (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.) from any recognized University.
OR
Govt. recognized/ affiliated Sanitary Inspector Course (at least 02 years).
ii) Permanent two wheeler driving licence and should be able to drive two wheeler.
iii) Certificate Course in computer operation (Minimum 02 months).
Preferential: i) Tuberculosis Health Visitors Course.
ii) Govt. recognized degree/ diploma in Social Works.
iii) Govt. recognized basic training course for Multipurpose worker.
iv) Permanent resident of Jhargram District.
Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in Health related activities specially RNTCP/ related to Tuberculosis.
Age Limit: Minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2020.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17720 per month
2. STAFF NURSE

Educational Qualification: i) GNM from Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
ii) Candidate should have proficiency of local language.
Age Limit: Maximum 64 years as on 01/01/2020.

3. DISTRICT CONSULTANT QUALITY ASSURANCE
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/ Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent).
Experience: Two years experience in Public Health/ Hospital Administration.
Desirable: i) Training and experience of implementing a recognised quality system like NABH/ ISO 9001-2008/ Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred.
ii) Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and send it along with copies of testimonials, if instructed, such as qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc, at the below given address so as to reach on or before 09/04/2020 upto 05:00 PM.
