Supreme Court Law Clerk-Research Associates Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
i) Must be a Law Graduate having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any recognized School/ College/ University/ Institution for enrolment as an Advocate.
ii) Candidates studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course will also be eligible to apply.
iii) The candidate must know about computers including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/ processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
Age Limit:Â Minimum 20 years and maximum 32 years
Consolidated Pay:Â Rs. 80,000/- per month.

Supreme Court Clerk Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process consists of three phases for the engagement of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates on a short-term contractual assignment in the Supreme Court of India:
- Phase I: Multiple Choice Based Questions, assessing candidates’ understanding and application of the law, as well as comprehension skills.
- Phase II: Subjective Written Examination, evaluating writing and analytical skills.
- Phase III: Interview.

Supreme Court Clerk Recruitment 2024 Application FeeÂ
