ASHINE, the NIDHI-TBI located at SVNIT in Surat, Gujarat, is currently in search of dynamic candidates to fill the roles of Chief Executive Officer and Senior Incubation Manager. Preference will be given to applicants familiar with the city and its surroundings. These positions are offered on a contractual basis, initially for 11 months, with the potential for extension based on the incumbent’s satisfactory performance. SVNIT Recruitment 2023-24 Eligibility
CEO Position:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy or Science with an MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years in the start-up ecosystem or senior management in the industry.
- Age Limit: Less than 50 years.
- Salary: Rs. 90,000 to 1.25 Lakh per month (all-inclusive).
Senior Incubation Manager Position:
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy/Business/Management or Science with an MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 years in the start-up sector or managerial experience in R&D/Technology management.
- Age Limit: Less than 45 years.
- Salary: Rs. 70,000 to 90,000/- per month (all-inclusive).
SVNIT Recruitment 2023-24 Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, including interviews tentatively scheduled for 12/01/2024. The criteria for shortlisting are stringent, and meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview.
