Educational Qualification: Three years service as Deck Officer on a sea going vessel, preference being given to those possessing 2nd Mates (FG)/ Dredge Mate Grade.I or Mates (Home Trade)/ Master Certificate
OR
Candidates retired from the Navigation Branch of Indian Navy after completing at least 5 years of satisfactory service Experience in operation of RADAR is desirable.
