Educational Qualification for Syama Prasad Mukherjee Port Recruitment 2023

1) Candidates must possess Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade I or equivalent, from a recognized University/Institute.

2) The Candidates must have 1st Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade II from a recognized University/Institute.

3) The Candidates must have 2nd Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade I from a recognised University/ Institute.

4) The Candidates must have B.Sc Nautical Science from a recognised University/ Institute.

Age Limit for Syama Prasad Mukherjee Port Recruitment 2023

a) For Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade I – Maximum 35 years.

b) For 2nd Mate (FG)/ 1st Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade II/ Dredge Master Gr I – Maximum 30 years.

c) B.Sc Nautical Science – Maximum 25 years.

The upper age is relaxable:-

i) SC & ST Candidates: 05 years
ii) OBC Candidates: 03 years
iii) The post is not suitable for PWD category (OH/HH/VH)

Pay Scale for Syama Prasad Mukherjee Port Recruitment 2023

(1) Master (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade I or equivalent certificate:- Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (Training Period 18 months)

(2) 1st Mate (FG)/ Dredge Master Grade II:- Basic Pay Rs. 60,000/- (Training Period 25 months)

(3) 2nd Mate (FG)/ Dredge Mate Grade I:- Basic Pay Rs. 50,000/- (Training Period 40 months)

(4) B.Sc Nautical Science – Basic Pay Rs. 50,000/- (Training Period 25 months)
