1. Junior Assistant (Non – Security): 2345 Nos.
2. Junior Assistant (Security): 121 Nos.
3. Bill Collector, Grade-I: 08 Nos.
4. Field Surveyor: 532 Nos.
5. Draftsman: 327 Nos.
Educational Qualification (for all above posts): Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification viz.- S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.07.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
6. Typist: 1714 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies.
Candidates must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting – (i) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) (ii) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or) (iii) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.07.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
7. Steno-Typist, Grade – III: 404 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Must possess Minimum General Educational Qualification viz., Must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies or to College Courses of studies.
Candidates must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in Shorthand – (i) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or) (ii) by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/Junior Grade in English (or) (iii) by Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-30 years as on 01.07.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. Written Examination will be held at various centres across the country.
Note:
- Candidates who have not passed SSLC Examination or its equivalent are not eligible even if they possess a higher qualification.
- Candidates should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil.
- Preference shall be given to the candidates with ITI qualification in survey.
- Candidate must be physically fit.
- Candidates who do not possess the said qualification (viz. Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation) conducted by the Technical Education Department may also apply. If selected, they should acquire such qualification within the period of their probation.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
