STENO-TYPIST (GRADE-III)

Educational Qualification: i. Must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent.
ii. Must have passed the Government Technical Examination both in Typewriting and in
Shorthand by:
a. Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English (or)
b. Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and Lower/ Junior Grade in English (or)
c. Higher / Senior Grade in English and Lower/ Junior Grade in Tamil.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2017
Pay Scale: Rs.5,200 – 20,200 with Grade pay Rs.2400/-
NOTE – Candidate should possess adequate knowledge of Tamil language.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for SC/ST/MBC/DC/BC/BCM/DW for the post of Village Administrative Officer. For rest of posts age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/DW and 2 years for MBC/DC/BC/BCM. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. The Examination will be held on 11.02.2018 in various centers in Tamil Nadu (see Official Advt. for centers details).

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. The last date for making Fee payment is 15.12.2017. See officially released advertisement for more details.
NOTE: Candidates have to Register themselves through link “One Time Registration” on payment of registration fee Rs.150/-. Candidates who have already registered themselves in One Time Registration are exempted from this process and registration fee.
NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ ST/ PWD/ DW/ MBC/ BC/ BCM/ EX-SERVICEMEN CANDIDATES.
