Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. Is recruiting some boys and girls for the post of “Clerk”. Graduate and Post Graduate done candidates may apply for the post. Details given below—
Name of the post: Clerk
Qualification: Arts or Science discipline’s Graduate done candidates with 50% marks in aggregate may apply.
Engineering Degree course pass candidates with 55% marks were also eligible to apply.
For both cases the candidates should have ability to work on Computer.
Age of the candidates should be within 24 yrs and for candidates who have done Post Graduate Course is 26yrs.
The age will be counted as on 30-9-2011. Age relaxation is as per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.7200- Rs.20100. first year will be on probation and at that salary will be Rs.13200.
Candidates will be selected through Written Test and then Interview. Questions will be Objective Types. Exam will held at respective centres at Chennai, Salem, Madhurai, Thirunelveli, Mumbai, Delhi and rest in other cities.
Date and venue of exam will be informed to the candidates through Call letters/ E-mail.

Before applying online, prepare Demand Draft of Rs. 200 (Rs.100 for SC/ST) in favour of – Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd, and payable at—Thoothukudi/ Tuticorin.
After submitting the online application form, computer generated Application Form with unique Registration No. will appear on the screen. Make two Nos. print-out copies of the generated form. One copy should be kept carefully for further use and other copy should be send by post at the below mentioned address.
Along with print-out application form enclose the following documents—
- One recent passport size photograph (paste it on application form)
- Self-attested copies of all Educational Certificate and Marksheet starting from Matriculation level.
- Self-attested Caste certificate, for SC/ST and OBC candidates
- Self-attested PH certificate in case of PH candidates
- Attested copy of Residential Certificate
- Original D.D (write full name and Registration No. of back side)
- On the top of the Application containing envelope, super scribe—“Application for Recruitment of Clerks 2011-12”.
Last Date: Online application can be made by last 28th Nov. 2011.
