Central Ground Water Board, Eastern Region, Kolkata, under Ministry of Water Resources is recruiting 10 persons for the post of “Technical Operator (Drilling)”. Madhyamik pass candidates may apply for the post. Application is to be prepared on plain paper as per format and should reach the below mentioned address within 6/7/2012. Eligibility criteria is given below—
1. Technical Operator (Drilling): 10 Nos. (Gen-7; SC-3)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass candidates from a recognised board or equivalent may apply for the post.
Desirable — ITI candidates in trades of Motor Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Welding is desirable.
Age limit: Candidates must be between 18yrs to 27yrs as on last date of application form. age relaxation is as per govt. norms.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1800
The post is on Group-C Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial. Selected candidates may placed any where in India. First two years will be on Probation.
How to Apply: Candidates should prepare their bio-data on plain paper as per format released officially. The Application form should be enclosed with attested copies of Qualification certificate and Marksheet, Age proof and any other relevant documents, as applicable.
Candidates who are in Central/State or PSU should send their applications through proper channel.

Yes, Madhyamik pass applicant without ITI can apply. ITI in above mentioned trade is desirable, i.e. good if any candidates have done.
