1. TECHNICAL OFFICER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) M.Sc in Medical Microbiology and atleast 01 year working experience in clinical laboratory services of a Govt. Health Facility or an accredited laboratory.
OR
ii) M.Sc in Microbiology with PhD in the fields directly related to Medical Microbiology or Laboratory Diagnostics and atleast 06 months experience.
The candidate should be well conversant with basic Computer knowledge in MS Office.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.35,000/- per month.
2. PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (CST)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation Degree in Community Medicine/ Public Health/ Health Management/ Hospital Management/ Anthropology from recognized Institutions.
OR
BAMS/ BUMS/ BHMS with Post Graduation Degree in Health Management/ Hospital Management/ Public Health.
Experience: One year experience in any health related programme.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- (for Medical) or Rs.35,000/- (for Non Medical) per month.
3. PEER SUPPORT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Candidates suffering with/ recovered from Hepatitis B/ Hepatitis C with a minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (Class XII) level.
ii) Sound knowledge of local language and English.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,000/- per month.
The vacancies are under National Viral Hepatitis Control Programme, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of West Bengal. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis.
The posting of selected candidates for the post of Technical Officer will be at State Labs of West Bengal, Programme Coordinator (CST) will be at State Head Quarter and Peer Support will be at Model Treatment Centres of West Bengal.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for Reserved Categories as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of Academic Qualification, Experience, Computer Test and Interview.
