Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. For PWD, Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

Physical Standards (For Fireman ‘A’ only):
(i) Height — 165 cms; (ii) Chest (unexpanded) — 81 cms; (iii) Chest (expanded) — 86 cms; (iv) Weight — 50 Kgs
Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Test and Skill Test. The Written Test and Skill Test will be held in Bengaluru only.
