Education Qualification for THDC Recruitment 2023
Education Qualification:
Candidate must have passed graduation in Law from any recognized Indian University. 5 years integrated course in law with 60% marks from an institute recognized by a competent statutory authority in India (Candidate must be the qualified candidate with 59.99% marks).
Experience:
Candidate should have 20 years experience in executive/officer cadre out of which a minimum of 3 years in immediate. To resolve commercial disputes, arbitration, land acquisition, constitutional law, labor law, service law, bankruptcy proceedings, or other matters of a civil nature.

Selected candidates for the post of DI. General Manager in the regular E-7 grade in the discipline of law The minimum basic pay will be kept at Rs.1,00,000-3% to 2,60,000 (IDA) in the pay scale.
