1. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 34 Nos. (Assam Gas Based Power Plant (AGBPP)- 20 posts; Agartala Gas Turbine Combined cycle Power Plant (AGTCCPP)- 10 posts; Tripura Gas Based Power Plant (TGBPP)- 04 posts)
Stream wise vacancies:
i) Elect/ Mech stream- 28 posts
ii) Civil stream- 06 posts
Educational Qualification: i) A Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized a State Council or Board of Technical Education or University or an Institute.
ii) A sandwich course student who is undergoing training in order that he may hold a diploma mentioned above.
ii) The candidates should have obtained their Diploma on or before 31st July, 2019.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 30/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000 per month
2. TRADE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos. (Assam Gas Based Power Plant (AGBPP)- 09 posts; Agartala Gas Turbine Combined cycle Power Plant (AGTCCPP)- 02 posts; Shillong- 01 post)
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Boiler Attendant- 04 posts
ii) Electrician- 05 posts
iii) Lineman- 03 posts
Educational Qualification: ITI Trade Certificate Course from a recognized Institute on or before 31st July, 2019 with trade license.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 30/06/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14877 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
Note:- The candidate should be a resident of North East India.
The candidates will undergo apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 for a period of One year in the trades/ streams in different Plants/ Projects/ Establishments of North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCL).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be based on Merit as per mark secured in the Engineering Diploma/ ITI Course as applicable. If there are large numbers of candidates, the management reserves the right to conduct a Written Test and candidates will be shortlisted based on the mark secured in the Written Test.

Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and send it along with copies of testimonials, if instructed, such as qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc, at the below given address so as to reach on or before 09/03/2020.
