The candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for two (02)/ three (03) years under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the trades mentioned below. TRADE APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 26 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Desk Top Publishing Operator- 02 posts (UR)
ii) Plate Making- 01 post (UR)
iii) Offset Machine Minder- 08 posts (UR-04, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02)
iv) Book Binding- 15 posts (UR-08, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-04)
Educational Qualification:
i) For Desk Top Publishing Operator trade:- Passed 12th class examination with Physics and Chemistry as subjects under 10+2 system of examination or its equivalent.
ii) For Plate Making and Offset Machine Minder trades:- Passed 10th class examination with Physics and Chemistry as subjects under 10+2 system of examination or equivalent.
iii) For Book Binding trade:- Passed 8th class examination under 10+2 system of education or equivalent.
Desirable: For Desk Top Publishing Operator trade, typing speed of 30 WPM in any one of the languages specified in the English Schedule of the Constitution of India.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years.
The candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for two (02)/ three (03) years under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in the trades.
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible to apply.
Note: ITI passed candidates will get one year relaxation in the training period of Book Binder.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.
