Trade wise vacancies:
i) Fitter: 12 posts
ii) Turner: 02 posts
iii) Machinist: 02 posts
iv) Electrician: 23 posts
v) Welder (Gas & Electric, Structural Welder & Gas Cutter): 02 posts
vi) Electronic Mechanic: 08 posts
vii) Draughtsman (Civil) 03 posts
viii) Surveyor: 02 posts
Educational Qualification: ITI in respective trade recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years and maximum 24 years as on 16/09/2019.
The candidates will be engaged as Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 in Kaiga Site, Karwar Taluk, Uttara Kannada District, Karnataka and will undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of One year.
Note: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprentice training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 & Apprentices Rules, 1992 in any Central/ State Govt. or Public Sector Undertaking or any Private Organisation are not eligible to apply.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category as per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards: The candidates should possess the required physical standard as mentioned in the Official Advt. For details please see the Official Advt.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the ITI Course and Medical Examination.
