x) Mechanic (Diesel): 03 posts
xi) Mechanic (Motor Vehicle): 03 posts
xii) Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery): 02 posts
xiii) Mechanic (Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Vehicle): 02 posts

Educational Qualification:
i) For Electrician: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system with Science as one of the subject and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
ii) For Fitter: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
iii) For Electronics Mechanic: Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system in Mathematics and Physics, Chemistry or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
iv) For Wire Man: Passed 8th class from a recognized School or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
v) For Welder (Gas & Electric): Passed 8th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
vi) For Apprentice Food Production (Cookery): Passed 10th class examination under 10+2 system and broad based basic training in Hospitality Sector under Centre of excellency advanced scheme and module of Centre of Excellence scheme in Food Production (Cookery).
vii) For Apprentice Food & Beverage Service (Stewardship): 10th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent and broad based basic training in Hospitality Sector under Centre of excellency scheme in Food & Beverage Service (Stewardship).
viii) For Secretarial Assistant: Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
ix) For Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA): Passed 12th class examination under 10+2 system with Science or Commerce or duly recognized Diploma in Engineering (other than Computers) of three years duration and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
x) For Mechanic (Diesel/ Motor Vehicle/ Earth Moving Machinery/ Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Vehicle/ Light Vehicle): Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent and ITI examination (regular) in respective trade.
Note: Only ITI passed (regular candidate) in the year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 from recognized Institutes in respective trades are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 20/10/2019.
Pay Scale: As per provisions of Apprenticeship Act 1961.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Only candidates who are domicile of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of One year under Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in the trades at THDC India Limited, Tehri (Uttarakhand).
Note:-
i) Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship Training in any organization, training or job experience of one year or more will not be eligible to apply.
ii) Result awaited candidates are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks secure in Matriculation Examination and ITI.
