TRADE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 90 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i) Fitter- 25 posts
ii) Turner- 05 posts
iii) Machinist- 05 posts
iv) Electrician- 25 posts
v) Instrument Mechanic- 10 posts
vi) Electronic Mechanic- 10 posts
vii) PASAA/ COPA- 05 posts
viii) Welder- 05 posts
Educational Qualification: ITI in respective trade.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years and maximum 24 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7700 for PASAA/ COPA, Welder trades and Rs.8050 for rest of the trades.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ ST/ OBC category as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of One year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and amendments made there under, at Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Kakrapar Gujarat Site in the designated trades.
Note:-
i) The absconded apprentice candidates from previous training are not eligible to apply.
ii) The candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship training in any Central/ State Govt. of Public Sector Undertaking or any private organization as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961/ 1973 as amended from time to time.
The candidates should possess the required physical standard as prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 i.e. Height- 137 cm and Weight- 25.4 kg.
Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to neighboring villages around the Plant Site.
Candidates’ Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in ITI Standard/ Course.
