TRADE APPRENTICES
1. GROUP “A” (10TH CLASS PASSED)
No. of Vacancies: 174 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i. Electrician: 39 posts (UR-23, OBC-10, SC-03, ST-03)
ii. Fitter: 61 posts (UR-34, OBC-16, SC-06, ST-05)
iii. Pipe Fitter: 44 posts (UR-26, OBC-11, SC-04, ST-03)
iv. Structural Fitter: 30 posts (UR-18, OBC-08, SC-02, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Should have Passed SSC in first attempt with General Science & Mathematics securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ AFC/ PWD (Pass Class for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates with Higher qualification may also apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 15 years and maximum 19 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 7165/- for 1st year & Rs. 8189/- for 2nd year per month.
2. GROUP “B” (I.T.I PASSED )
No. of Vacancies: 126 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i. I.C.T.S.M: 15 posts (UR-09, OBC-04, SC-01, ST-01)
ii. Electronic Mechanic: 29 posts (UR-18, OBC-07, SC-02, ST-02)
iii. Carpenter: 30 posts (UR-18, OBC-08, SC-02, ST-02)
iv. Structural – Fitter (Ex. ITI Fitter): 52 posts (UR-29, OBC-14, SC-05, ST-04)
Educational Qualification: i) ITI Passed in first attempt in respective trades from recognized Institute securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ AFC/ PWD (Pass Class for SC/ST candidates).
ii) In case of Fitter- Structural Passed ITI in the trade of Fitter and in case of Painter (G), Carpenter & Electronic Mech. in the respective trades with the condition as stated above. ITI Passed Candidates other than Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance (ICTSM), Electronic Mechanic, Carpenter & Fitter, need not apply. Candidates appearing in the final exam of ITI can also apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 16 years and maximum 21 years as on 01.07.2018.
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 9212/- per month.
3. GROUP “C” (8TH CLASS PASSED)
No. of Vacancies: 82 Nos.
Trade wise vacancies:
i. Rigger: 48 posts (UR-28, OBC-12, SC-04, ST-04)
ii. Welder (Gas & Electric): 34 posts (UR-20, OBC-09, SC-03, ST-02)
