iii. Electrician: 16 posts
iv. Welder: 10 posts
v. Refrigeration and AC Mechanic: 03 posts
vi. Carpenter: 09 posts
vii. Plumber: 06 posts
viii. Wireman: 09 posts
ix. Diesel Mechanic: 02 posts
x. Machinist: 05 posts
xi. Painter: 05 posts
xii. Sheet Metal worker: 03 posts
Educational Qualification: ITI in respective trade.
Age Limit: Minimum 16 years and maximum 24 years as on 10/10/2018.
Preference will be given to the candidates belonging to neighboring villages around TAPS Plant Site.
Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprentice training under the apprentice Act, 1961 in any Central/ State Government or PSU or any Private organization are not eligible to apply.
The candidates will be engaged as Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The candidates will undergo apprenticeship training for a period of One year in the Tarapur Maharashtra Site, Tarapur Atomic Power Station 1 to 4 in Palghar District, Maharashtra.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Physical Standards:
Height — 137 cm; Chest — Expansion should not be less than 3.8. cms (Irrespective of size of chest); Weight — 25.4 Kg.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained in Academic Qualification and Medical Examination.
