Eligibility Criteria for Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Recruitment 2023
Officials of Central Government, Public Sector Undertakings, and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies
(i) Holding equivalent posts at Level-14 on a regular basis
or
(ii) Four years of regular service in Pay Level 13
or
(iii) Seventeen years of regular service in Group ‘A’ and holding a post in Pay Level-13 for a minimum of four years.
Educational Qualification for TRAI Recruitment 2023
Candidates should possess a Master’s/Graduate Degree in Business Administration/Economics from a recognized University/Institute in Commerce/Engineering/Law/Science/Humanities OR, Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and requisite experience in relevant field.
Desirable for TRAI Recruitment 2023
Qualification:- Candidates should have a Master’s/Graduate Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institution and requisite experience in a relevant field.
Experience:- i) Candidates should have work experience in the High Court and Supreme Court or similar appellate tribunals in analyzing and dealing with cases and cases.
ii) The candidate should have work experience examining legal to policy issues.
iii) Should be thoroughly familiar with court procedures and tender of legal advice.
iv) Candidates should have work experience in performing quasi-judicial functions or conducting tax laws or regulatory functions under a Central Government Act.
