TRAINEE APPRENTICES
No. of Vacancies: 135 Nos. (UR-56, OBC-38, SC-21, ST-09, EWS-11)
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) BE (Civil): 30 posts (Maharashtra-17, Madgaon-05, Karwar-08)
ii) BE (Electrical): 30 posts (Maharashtra-17, Madgaon-03, Karwar-10)
iii) BE (Electronis & Telecommunications): 18 posts (Maharashtra-13, Madgaon-02, Karwar-03)
iv) BE (Mechanical): 05 posts (Maharashtra)
v) Diploma (Civil): 24 posts (Maharashtra-12, Madgaon-05, Karwar-07)
vi) Diploma (Electrical): 28 posts (Maharashtra-15, Madgaon-03, Karwar-10)
Educational Qualification: Full time Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunications) or full time Diploma in Engineering (Civil or Electrical Engineering) from recognized University/ Institute. For more details please see the Official Advt.
Candidates belonging to the districts of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL) jurisdiction in states of Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka will be given preference.
Note:-
i) Candidates who have already undergone or currently undergoing Apprenticeship training under National Apprentice Training Scheme in any Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Private Industrial Organization are not eligible to apply.
ii) Candidates who have passed out within the last 03 years (2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19) will be considered.
iii) Candidates with job experience for a period of 01 year or more will not be considered for enrollment as Trainee Apprentice.
iv) Candidates awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed educational qualification are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 25 years as on 31/07/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.3542 (for Diploma holders)/ Rs.4984 (for Graduate Engineers) per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
The candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training for a period of One year under National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS).
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in B.E or Diploma in relevant field.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and send it along with copies of testimonials, if instructed, such as qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc, at the below given address so as to reach on or before 30/11/2019 upto 05:00 PM.
