1. ACCOUNTS OFFICER/ MANAGERÂ (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Certified CA/ ICWA from ICAI/ ICWA OR MBA (Finance) from recognized University or Institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA (50% for SC/ ST category of M.P Domicile).
Experience: Two years’ post qualification experience.

5. COMPANY SECRETARY

Educational Qualification: i) Graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi.
iii) Law graduate from recognized University preferable.
Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Maximum 40 years for Male (UR) candidates of MP Domicile and Maximum 45 years for Female (UR) candidates/ Male/ Female candidates (Reserved category)/ PWD candidates of MP Domicile) as on 01-01-2019.
Basic Pay: Rs.56100 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Regular basis.
The selected candidates will be on Training for a period of six (06) months. After successful completion of training period, the candidates will be on Probation for two years (extendable).
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Madhya Pradesh will be treated as General Category candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Assessment Test and GATE/ CLAT-PG Score wherever applicable. The Online Assessment Test will be conducted at various test centres at company head office i.e. Jabalpur.
