The selected candidates will be on Training for a period of 12 (twelve) months, followed by Probation period of 06 (six) months. During training period the Joint Manager/ Officers Grade II/ Junior Officers/ Clerks will be paid Stipend of Rs.30,000/-, Rs.20,000/-, Rs.15,000/- & Rs.10,000/- per month respectively.
Preference will be given to candidates having cleared JAIIB / CAIIB of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance and experience in Banking.
Knowledge of Marathi (Writing, Speaking, Reading) is essential, in addition to English and Hindi.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Written Test, Computer Proficiency Test and Personal interview.
