Educational Qualification:
i) For freshers class 8th pass (Welder & Carpenter trades):- Candidates obtaining minimum 40% or more marks in class 8th pass or its equivalent from a recognized Institutions or Council can apply. The candidate belonging to SC/ST and PH category must obtain pass marks in class 8th or its equivalent.
ii) For freshers (10th pass or equivalent):- Candidates obtaining minimum 40% or more marks in class 10th/ Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board or Council can apply. The candidate belonging to SC/ST and PH category must obtain pass marks in class 10th or its equivalent.
iii) ITI passed from HTI or other ITI’s:- The candidates should have passed relevant ITI course from Institute recognized by NCVT, with not less than 50% in aggregate. The candidate belonging to SC, ST, and PH category must obtain pass marks in ITI.
Age Limit: Minimum 14 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/07/2019.
Stipend: Rs. 4526.2/- & Rs.5172.8/- per month in 1st and 2nd year respectively.
The vacancies are under Apprenticeship Training Scheme (ATS) for Session 2019-20 & 2019-21. The candidates will undergo Apprenticeship Training at HEC Training Institute (HTI) in the above mentioned trades.
The training session will start from 15/10/2019.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category as per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of marks of qualifying Examination, Medical Examination and Counselling. The Counselling will be held at HEC Training Institute, Plant Plaza Road, Dhurwa, Ranchi (Jharkhand) – 834004. The Counselling will be held from 13/09/2019 to 09/10/2019.
