Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) is inviting application for 50 posts of Child Development Project Officer, Superintendent of Taxes, Panchayat Officer, Panchayat Extention Officer and Inspector of Taxes through “The Tripura Combined Competitive Examination for recruitment to the Miscellaneous Posts 2015-16 posts“. 1. Child Development Project Officer: 04 Nos. (SC-01; ST-01 & Gen-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
Desirable: Knowledge in Bengali/Kok-barak.
Pay Scale: Rs.13575/- to Rs.37000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.3500/- per month.
2. Superintendent of Taxes: 03Nos. (SC-01; ST-01 & Gen-01
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Preference will be given to Commerce Degree holders with Advance Accountancy & Auditing.
OR
Arts Degree holders with Economics/Statistics.
Desirable: Master’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics and Knowledge in Bengali.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570/- to Rs.30000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.3100/- per month.
3. Panchayat Officer: 16 Nos. (SC-02; ST-06 & Gen-08)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: Rs.9570/- to Rs.30000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.3100/- per month.
4. Panchayat Extention Officer: 11 Nos. (SC-02; ST-02 & Gen-07)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Knwledge of Bengali.
Pay Scale: Rs.5310/- to Rs.24000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month.
5. Inspector of Taxes: 16 Nos. (SC-01; ST-07 & Gen-08)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. Preference will be given to Commerce Degree holders with Advance Accountancy & Auditing or Arts Degree holders with Economics/Statistics or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics.
Pay Scale: Rs.5310/- to Rs.24000/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month.
Age Limit (for all posts): 18 to 40 years as on 25.05.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years and others as per govt. norms.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Personality Test. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
The Commission will conduct Preliminary Examination in 03(three) different Centers viz. (i) Agartala, (ii) Kailashahar & (iii) Udaipur. Candidates may choose any one the centre.

Recruitment Fee: For posts in Sl.No.1 — Rs.200/- (for SC/ST/BPL card holders/PWD is Rs.150/-); for Sl.No.2 & 3 — Rs.150/- (for SC/ST/BPL card holders/PWD is Rs.100/-) and for posts in Sl.No. 4 & 5 — Rs.100/- (for SC/ST/BPL card holders/PWD is Rs.50/-).
Fee is to be paid at the Counter of Tripura Gramin Bank, at the branch from where the form has been collected.
In case of candidates from outside of the State, may deposit their fee in any branch of State Bank of India in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission to the Account No.31176521319. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Note: SC/ST Candidates of other States should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate and shall pay fee in full.
How to Apply: Candidates may collect their Application form from the Branches/Extension counters of Tripura Garmin Bank located at different places of Urban and Rural areas in the State of Tripura on deposit of the above mentioned prescribed fee. The duly filled Application form is to be submitted at the same branch/Reception counters of TPSC from where it is collected, along with
Candidates applying from outside state Tripura may download the prescribed Application form (in color) and then the duly filled form along with bank receipt and one self-addressed post card (indicating the Advertisement No. and name of the post applied for) shall be addressed to Tripura PSC by post.
The last date of receipt of Application, either at the branch of Tripura Grameen Bank/Counter of TPSC or by post (in case of outside candidates) is 25/05/2015 (5PM)
