Educational Qualification: Medical qualification and completion of internship as well as permanent Registration Certificate of any State Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.
Age Limit: 40 years as on 17/05/2021

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.300/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/ BPL/ PWD).
