University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) invites online applications for the UGC-NET December 2023. These subjects are part of the CSIR UGC NET examination, and candidates must meet the specified eligibility criteria to apply for the December 2023 examination. UGC NET December 2023 Educational Qualification:
General/Unreserved/General-EWS candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST, OBC, PwD, Third Gender candidates) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from universities/institutions in Humanities and Social Science (including languages), Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science, etc. are eligible for this Test. UGC NET December 2023 Candidates’ Selection:
The December 2023 UGC NET will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
The Examination shall be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.

UGC NET December 2023 Application Fee:
Candidates must pay an Application Fee of Rs.1100/- (Rs.550 for Gen-EWS/OBC NCL and Rs.275/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
Fee can be paid Online mode during the submission of the online application form by using a Debit/Credit card Net banking or any other option available. See the officially released advertisement for more details.
UGC NET December 2023 How to Apply:
Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of the University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) — https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in (See Application form’s link given below).
Upon successful payment of the prescribed fee and submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO THE UNIVERSITY GRANTS COMMISSION – NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST (UGC-NET) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
