1. Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant): 88 Nos. (UR-48, ST-06, SEBC-27, PH-07)
Educational Qualification: Graduate having BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA with minimum 60% marks and 55% for SC, ST, SEBC & UR-EWS categories.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 16/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9700/- Rs.21710/-
2. Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer- Electrical): 23 Nos. (UR-05, SC-04, ST-02, SEBC-10, PH-02)
Educational Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech or equivalent Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 55% for SC, ST, SEBC and UR-EWS categories.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 16/06/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.17300/- Rs.38610/-
Essential (For both posts): Candidates must have Knowledge of Gujarati, English languages & Computer
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Oral / Interview.

Candidates applying for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Assistant) will be on training for a period of three years. During which Rs.7800/-pm will be paid for first year and Rs.8550/-pm for second year and Rs.9300/- pm for third year AND Candidates applying for the post of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer) will be on training for a period of two years. During which Rs.19750/-pm will be paid for first month and Rs.21750/-pm will be paid for second year.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/ST) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking.
Candidates may also submit their application fee through Demand Draft from Nationalised Bank in favour of UGVCL, Mehsana. See officially released advertisement for more details.
