Education Qualification for Union Bank Recruitment 2023
Education Qualification:
1. ULA Head Corporate & Treasury –
(i) Candidate must have passed Master’s degree. Priority will be given to Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, etc.
(ii) Professional certifications like CA, CFA, CTP, CTM, AFP CTP, etc will be one additional benefit.
2. ULA Head Credit & Policy –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in any discipline. However, preference will be given to finance, business administration, economics, accounting, etc.
(ii) Professional certifications in credit management will be an added advantage.
3. ULA Head Operational Excellence –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in any discipline.
(ii) Relevant professional certification in banking operations, KYC-AML, etc. will be an added advantage.
4. ULA Head People Excellence –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, etc.
(ii) Professional certifications in HR management, leadership development, or
related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, CPLP, CHRP, CTMP, CTA, etc.) would be
advantageous.
5. ULA Head Risk Excellence –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in human resources,
Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, etc.
(ii) Professional certifications in HR management, leadership development, or
related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR, CPLP, CHRP, CTMP, CTA, etc.) would be advantageous.
6. ULA Head Rural & Financial Inclusion –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in any discipline. Qualification in agriculture, rural development and financial inclusion will
be preferred.
(ii) Relevant professional certification in agriculture finance, financial inclusion, rural management, etc. will be an added advantage.
7. ULA Head Strategy & Finance –
(i) Candidate must have passed a Master’s degree in any discipline. However, preference will be given to finance, business administration, economics, accounting, etc.
(ii) Professional certification in the related domain (e.g., CFA, CS, or equivalent certification from a reputed premium institute will be an added advantage).
