1. Professional Assistant: 15 Nos. (Gen-09; SC-02; ST-01 & OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: M. Lib.Sc./M.L.I.Sc with 50% marks OR Master’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% and B.Lib. Sc./ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks.
AND Computer Science paper at Graduate /PG level of Six months Computer Science course from a recognized institution.
Age Limit: 35 years.
2. Senior Assistant: 09 Nos. (Gen-05 & OBC-04)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with 50% marks OR Post Graduate with 50% marks in any discipline with working knowledge of computers and 6 Months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application/Office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/Accounts or equivalent discipline.
OR
Graduate Degree with minimum 50% marks in Computer Application/office Management/Secretarial Practice/Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline
AND 4 years experience in Administrative.
Age Limit: 30 Years.
3. Social Worker: 03 Nos. (Gen-02 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social work with second Division.
Desirable: 02 years’ experience in Social Work practices, Proficiency in English and Hindi and Certificate or Diploma course in communication.
Age Limit: 35 Years.
4. Semi Professional Assistant: 15 Nos. (Gen-09; SC-02; ST-01 & OBC-03)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% marks AND B.Lib. Sc./B.L.I. Sc. with 50% marks and Course in computer application at Graduate or PG level or 6 months Computer course from a recognized institution.
Age Limit: 35 Years.
5. Assistant: 80 Nos. (Gen-42; SC-11; ST-06 & OBC-21)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers, and Diploma / Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline.
OR
Graduate Degree in Computer Application / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent
AND 2 years of Administrative Experience.
Age Limit: 30 years.
6. Junior Library & Information Assistant: 05 Nos. (Gen-04 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Passed Sr. Secondary with Certificate in Library Science/Library and Information Science from a recognized and Computer Course at Sr. Secondary Level or Basic Course in Computer Science/Word Processing from a recognized Institution.
Age Limit: 30 years.
7. Junior Assistant: 78 Nos. (Gen-39; SC-06; ST-08 & OBC-25)
Educational Qualification: Passed Sr. Secondary with 50% marks and Diploma / Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline.
OR
Graduate Degree in Computer Application / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent and having typing speed of 40wpm in English or 30wpm in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Age Limit: 27 years.
8. Dispatch Rider: 05 Nos. (Gen-04 & OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass and shall have valid driving license for Motor Cycle/Auto-rickshaw with 2 years experience in Motor Cycle/Auto-Rickshaw and Knowledge of Motor Cycle/Auto Rickshaw mechanism (The candidates should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle).
Desirable: Shall have a valid license for LMV.
Age Limit: 30 years.
9. M.T.S. – Library: 89 Nos. (Gen-46; SC-08; ST-13 & OBC-22)
Educational Qualification: Class 10th passed with Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science.
Desirable: Computer as a subject at Secondary level or Basic course in Computers.
Age Limit: 27 years.
The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years and PWD is 10 years and others – as per govt. norms.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- through Credit/Debit Card.
No Fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Typing Test (wherever applicable) and Personal Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
