UP NHM Community Health Officer Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Applicants eligible for the NHM UP CHO position must have completed either a B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) or a basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from a recognized Institute or University by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council. This eligibility applies to those who completed their studies from the academic year 2020 onwards. To clarify, this includes students who underwent the 4th year of B.Sc. Nursing and the 2nd year of Post B.Sc. Nursing from the academic year 2019-20 or later and completed the course.
Age Limit: 21-40 years as of the last date of online application submission.
Uttar Pradesh NHM CHO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- Selection is based on merit and percentage of marks in High School, Intermediate, B.Sc. (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) Examination, and COVID experience (85 marks for academics, 15 marks for COVID experience).
- Weightage of Marks for Merit: 10th (17%), 12th (17%), B.Sc./PB B.Sc. Nursing (51%).
- Tie-Breaking Criteria: Higher percentage in B.Sc./PB B.Sc. Nursing, older age, alphabetical order, and higher marks in Intermediate.
Weightage of Marks for Merit (Out of 85):
- For 10th: 17%
- For 12th: 17%
- For the aggregate of integrated CCHN B.Sc. /PB B.Sc. Nursing: 51%

Upon successful submission of the online application form, the system-generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen.
