1. Accounts Officer: 11 Nos. (GEN-07, SC-03, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance). Candidates should have two years of relevant post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum- 21 years and maximum-42 years as on 01.07.2015
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. Law Officer: 02 Nos. (GEN-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Law with minimum five years of experiences.
Age Limit: Minimum- 21 years andmaximum-42 years as on 01.07.2015
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
3. Assistant Engineer (Trainee) E&M: 47 Nos. (GEN-25, SC-13, ST-02, OBC-07)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Power Engineering, Power System Engineering or those Engineering Branches which have the word Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical with minimum 65% marks (Pass marks in case of SC ST candidates of Uttarakhand state)
Age Limit: Minimum- 21 years andmaximum-42 years as on 01.07.2015
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
4. Assistant Engineer (Trainee) Civil: 07 Nos. (GEN-05, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Power Engineering, Power System Engineering or those Engineering Branches which have the word Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical with minimum 65% marks (Pass marks in case of SC ST candidates of Uttarakhand state)
Age Limit: Minimum- 21 years andmaximum-42 years as on 01.07.2015
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. Written Test for the post of Assistant Engineer (Trainee)- E&M / Civil will be held at Dehradun, Roorkee, Haldwani and for the post of Accounts Officer & Law will be held at Dehradun.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.450/- (Rs.250 in case of SC, ST of Uttarakhand State) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO UPCL AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
