1. Assistant Engineer Trainee (Electrical): 28 Nos. (UR-16, OBC-07, SC-05)
Educational Qualification:Â Degree in Electrical Engineering or a mixed discipline degree combined with Electrical Engineering.
Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Lipi.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

2. Assistant Engineer Trainee (Electrical & Mechanical):14 Nos. (UR-09, OBC-03, SC-02)
Educational Qualification:Â Degree in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology or a mixed discipline degree combined with either Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology.
Candidates should have sufficient knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Lipi.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Computer Based Test and Interview. Computer Based Test will be held at Allahabad, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Agra, Kanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Ghaziabad and Meerut cities. Interview will be conducted at Lucknow only.
Note: Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC Category of other state, except UP, will be treated as General Candidates.
