NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY & NATIONAL ACADEMY EXAMINATION (I), 2016.
Vacancies to be filled on the results of this examination are as follows:
(i) National Defence Academy:320 Nos. (208 for Army, 42 for Navy 300 and 70 for Air Force)
Educational Qualification: Class 12 pass (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination
(ii) Naval Academy:55 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class 12 pass (10+2 pattern) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics.
Age Limit: Born not earlier than 02nd July, 1997 and not later than 1st July, 2000
Note: Only unmarried male candidates can apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination / Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test.
Written Examination will be held at Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bengaluru, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam.
Candidates must be physically fit according to physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (See PDF file below).

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Fee Challan can be downloaded from the official website of Union Public Service Commission. See released advertisement for more details.
NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF ST/SC CANDIDATES/SONS OF JCOS/NCOS/ORS CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
